Every new installation carries our two-year warranty, and the parts we use are covered by their own manufacturer warranties.
The Importance of Professional Lawn Irrigation
Sitting at the foot of South Mountain, many Wernersville lawns run across gentle grade and sit under mature tree cover, and that mix is hard to water evenly by hand. Water runs off the high spots and pools in the low ones, and shaded areas get missed. A professionally designed system accounts for the grade and the shade, placing and timing each head so coverage stays even. The benefits are steady:
- Water conservation through precise distribution
- Even lawn growth and color
- Prevention of overwatering and underwatering
- Reduction in water bills
- Time-saving automated watering schedules
Every part of the yard, sloped or shaded, gets the water it needs, which means healthier grass and far less work for you.
How Our Irrigation Process Works

- Free consultation. We come out, look over the property, and get a free estimate to you within a week.
- Custom design. We plan zones and head placement to match your grade, soil, and layout so coverage stays even across the yard.
- Professional installation. Our crew installs the system carefully and leaves the property clean.

Lawn Irrigation Built for Wernersville Properties
Wernersville is a borough in western Berks County, set at the foot of South Mountain just west of Reading. It grew up as a railroad-era retreat known for its mountain air, and today its established neighborhoods sit alongside more open, rural properties out through the surrounding Heidelberg townships. Foothill grade and mature trees shape how a lawn takes water here, so we plan each system to fit the property and build it to handle Central Pennsylvania’s freeze-thaw winters and dry summers. Wernersville is part of the wider area we serve, and we head out that way for estimates, installations, and seasonal service.
