- Irrigation upgrades — high-efficiency parts that cut water use and even out coverage.

Every new installation is backed by our two-year warranty, and the parts we fit carry their own manufacturer warranties.
The Importance of Professional Lawn Irrigation
As a college town, Annville has a real mix of properties, from homes near Lebanon Valley College and the rentals around it to the businesses on Main Street, and none of them come with someone eager to spend the summer watering by hand. A professionally installed system keeps the grounds green on a schedule, so the lawn stays in good shape whether anyone is tending it or not. The benefits are clear:
- Water conservation through precise distribution
- Even lawn growth and color
- Prevention of overwatering and underwatering
- Reduction in water bills
- Time-saving automated watering schedules
The lawn stays even and healthy on its own, uses water efficiently, and keeps a property looking cared for with no one managing the watering.
How Our Irrigation Process Works
Every Annville project runs through four clear steps:
- Free consultation. We come out to the property, go over what you want, and provide a free estimate within a week.
- Custom design. We plan zones and head placement around the property, its soil, and its layout so coverage stays even.
- Professional installation. Our crew installs the system cleanly and leaves the property in good order.
- Ongoing support. New systems carry a two-year warranty, and we return for seasonal startups, winterizing, repairs, and upgrades whenever you need them.
